Hacienda Heights : Paving Contracts Awarded
The county Board of Supervisors has awarded contracts to Vernon Paving Co. of Anaheim and Industrial Asphalt of Irwindale to resurface existing roadway pavement in the Hacienda Heights area.
Vernon Paving Co. will be paid $239,939 to resurface pavement and make other repairs on Hacienda Boulevard from the City of Industry boundary to Regalado Street.
Industrial Asphalt was awarded a $34,976 contract to do similar work on several roads in Hacienda Heights, including Adalia, Adna and Darley avenues and Calkin and Lujon streets.
Work on both projects should be completed in March. Traffic will not be interrupted, officials said.
