Single-Family Homes Open Today in Rancho California

Rancho del Sol, a new 173-home community in Rancho California developed by the Toman Co. of Irvine, opens its first phase this weekend, with three furnished models available.

Priced from $99,900 to $117,900, the single-family homes project has three floor plans on one or two levels with three or four bedrooms and two, 2 1/2 or 3 baths. Units are sized from 1,411 to 1,873 square feet.

Design features include arches, vaulted ceilings, radius windows, telephone nooks, coffered ceilings, oak handrails with brass fittings, recessed lighting with oak valance trim, wood-burning fireplace and carpeting. Bathrooms and kitchens are fully appointed.

The project is adjacent to Rancho California Middle School, within the 97,000-acre master-planned community off Interstate 15 in southwestern Riverside County.

The sales office, at 29827 Via Puesta del Sol, reached from the Rancho California Road exit of Interstate 15, is open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk.
