Malibu Country Mart Bought by Koss Companies

The Malibu Country Mart, a 2.62-acre retail complex at 3835 Cross Creek Road, has been purchased for a reported $7.1 million.
Koss Real Estate Investments bought the property, and Koss Financial Corp. was responsible for arranging the transaction. Tenants include La Scala restaurant, Santa Monica Bank, Jon Douglas Realty, and several other restaurants and boutiques.
