Headquarters for Nikon Completed

A $10-million West Coast regional headquarters for Nikon Inc. has been completed at 19601 Hamilton Ave. in the Harbor Technology Center in Los Angeles.
Oltmans Construction Co. of Whittier built the 73,000-square-foot facility, designed by Hill-Pinckert Architects of Irvine for the prominent camera company, which purchased the building and five acres of land.
The Seeley Co., executive marketing agent for Harbor Technology Center, negotiated the transaction on behalf of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, the developers, and Cushman & Wakefield represented Nikon.
