Le Parc, a Simi Valley condominium and town-house development by EPAC Development of Long Beach, has been designated Project of the Year in Builder magazine’s Builder’s Spotlight Awards Program.

The community will be featured in the March issue of the magazine and will be honored this spring at a ceremony in Washington. So far, Le Parc has won 15 major building industry awards, including an Elan grand award and four category awards, three Gold Nugget awards, five MAME awards and Builder’s Choice merit awards.

The $23-million, 264-unit Le Parc in Simi Valley, started in November, 1984, is the third and final of a series of Le Parc developments, according to Rick Doremus, president of EPAC. The first two were in El Toro and Chino Hills. The third and final phase of Le Parc in Simi Valley is planned for this spring, he added.
