Pioneer Electronics U.S.A., Long Beach, announced new executive responsibilities reflecting the consolidation of the company’s audio and video sales and marketing operations.

The corporate structure is: Jack Doyle, chairman; Ryuchi Noda, president and chief executive; Takashi Kai, executive vice president-home electronics division; Ronald Butler, vice president-sales, industrial products division; Shoichi Yamada, executive vice president, car electronics division; Leslie Poulson, senior vice president-sales, car electronics division; Takafumi Asano, vice president-marketing, car electronics division, and Ronald Stone, senior vice president, finance and administration division.
