Rent-Subsidy Applications Offered

The Glendale Housing Authority will accept applications beginning Monday for the city’s rental-assistance program for low-income people.
Applications may be made by elderly, handicapped and low-income families, with preference given to residents of Glendale or people employed in the city.
Eligible tenants pay 30% of their monthly income for rent. Income limits are $11,600 for a single person, $13,300 for two people and $14,950 for a family of three.
Applications may be made through Feb. 14 at the housing office, 633 E. Broadway, Room 202; at the Adult Recreation Center, 201 E. Colorado St., or by calling 956-3936.
