Journalist in Space Project Delayed by Crash Probe

COLUMBIA, S.C. —
The Journalist in Space program was put on hold Wednesday for at least two weeks, the project’s director said. The probe of the Challenger explosion was cited by Eric Johnson, who has been overseeing the selection process at the University of South Carolina, as the reason for the delay.
