Commerce Center in Signal Hill Open for Business

The $2.9-million, 32,000-square-foot Signal Hill Commerce Center has opened on a 1.5-acre site at Junipero Avenue and 27th Street in Signal Hill.
Developed by Don Wilson Development Co., Torrance, the project combines high-end office and industrial space in a single building, designed by Kowalski & Harding of Carson. Blackmore & Associates, Torrance, is the leasing agent.
