Property Managers Elect Clive Graham Jr. President

Clive Graham Jr., a Certified Property Manager heading Graham Management Corp. in Long Beach, has been elected president of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter No. 6, Institute of Real Estate Managment, succeeding Mark Dolan.

Other new officers include James Frasco, Frasco & Associates, president-elect; Sondra Muggee, Taylor Enterprises, vice president and treasurer; James Ewing, Charles Dunn Co., and John Free, vice presidents; David Garber, Glenfed Property Management, vice president of management, and George Wilcox, vice president of legislation.

The Institute is an organization affiliated with the National Assn. of Realtors and has been devoted to the development and recognition of professionalism in property management for more than 50 years. It has more than 6,000 members who have met requirements for and been awarded the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.
