The NLRB dismissed labor charges against Honda.

The company said the National Labor Relations Board’s regional office in Cleveland has dismissed all unfair labor practice charges against it. The charges, filed in December by the United Auto Workers, related to the union’s efforts to organize the 2,500 non-union workers at Honda’s Marysville, Ohio, plant. The union had filed the charges just before a vote by workers was scheduled to be held on Dec. 19. The election was delayed while the government investigated the charges.
