Applied Micro Circuits reported a 15% increase in sales for the third quarter ended Dec. 31, to $5.4 million. The privately held company, which makes high-speed integrated logic circuits for commercial and military applications, does not break out earnings figures.

For the nine months, sales increased 17% to $15.5 million.
