Bomb in Israel Wounds 3

JERUSALEM —
A bomb hidden in a garbage can exploded Tuesday, injuring three people, police said. Police said they detained 40 people for questioning after the blast in Ramat Gan, a Tel Aviv suburb. Police said three women waiting at a bus stand were hurt. All were hospitalized.
