Teen Accused of Impersonating Officer
An 18-year-old has been accused of posing as a police officer and stopping motorists to warn them about traffic offenses, authorities said.
Myles Woodall, of Little Rock, was arrested on a charge of criminal impersonation, state police Trooper Henry Lamar said last week.
State police confiscated Woodall’s car, a 1981 Dodge Regis equipped with police radio antennae, a red light and a wire shield known as a cage to separate the front and back seats, Lamar said. Woodall also owned a uniform that looked like a state trooper’s, police said. “His car is outfitted better than ours,” the trooper said.
