CHICAGO — International Harvester is recalling nearly 136,000 medium-sized trucks and school buses to replace power-steering arms that might crack.
The recall was ordered after internal research found that the steering arm of the vehicles, built between 1978 and May, 1985, may crack under high steering loads while turned fully against the axle stops, Harvester said Friday.
