El Camino Homes, a development of 40 single-family homes, opens today in Baldwin Park with 24 homes in the first phase.
Priced from $95,900 to $115,900, the homes are available in four floor plans ranging in size from 1,165 to 1,450 square feet.
The homes feature three bedrooms, two baths, lofts in some plans, ceramic tile entries, wood-burning fireplaces, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings and automatic garage door openers. They are situated in a gated community.
Three decorated models and a sales office are open daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 14610 Olive Street, reached from the Arrow Highway exit of the 605 Freeway. First move-ins are scheduled within 30 days.
