Volkswagen Will Recall 18,000 Vans, Campers

Volkswagen of America Inc. said Monday it will recall about 18,000 Vanagons and Campers because of problems with rear door latches. The company said that a rear sliding-door lock may be damaged if it is slammed shut too often. Volkswagen said it had received no accident reports associated with the defect.
