Winner of Ohio Lottery Sentenced for Bad Checks

CLEVELAND —
A man who won more than $500,000 in the state lottery three years ago has been convicted of passing bad checks. Erwin W. Stephens Jr., 32, was sentenced Monday to 10 days in jail, placed on probation for four years and fined $1,500.
