USIU Loses to Boise State

BOISE, Idaho —
Guard Craig Spjute scored 22 points to pace Boise State to a 106-82 victory over United States International Wednesday in a nonconference basketball game.
Spjute hit 8 of 10 shots from the floor, including two of two three-point attempts.
USIU (7-16) was led by forward Dwayne Cross, who had 26 points and eight rebounds. Guard Joe Yerbak scored 25 and guard Charles Redding added 18.
