West Hollywood : Director of Finance Hired

The former director of finance for the city of Palos Verdes Estates has been hired as West Hollywood’s finance officer.
City Manager Paul Brotzman said Ray Randolph, who also has worked for the cities of Santa Monica and Culver City, will manage West Hollywood’s finance division.
Randolph, a Culver City resident, will work on financial statements, annual and capital-improvement budgets and investment of city funds, and will provide financial analyses required by the city staff.
Randolph has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers.
