General Automation Inc. of Anaheim has received an order from ITT/SEL in Stuttgart, West Germany, for 27 mini-computer systems worth a total of $700,000. General Automation Chairman Leonard Mackenzie said the machines will be used to monitor and control traffic for West Germany’s new high-speed railroad system. Delivery of the computer systems began last month and is expected to be completed over the next three years.
