Troubled Gas Pipeline Explodes Again; 6 Hurt

LANCASTER, Ky. —
A natural gas pipeline in a system with a history of ruptures exploded Friday, injuring six persons and destroying two homes.
Explosions along the same pipeline system, which is operated by Texas Eastern Corp. of Houston, killed four persons 70 miles to the southwest in Metcalfe County last spring, and did damage in Fleming County about 70 miles northeast of Lancaster last fall.
