Envoy to Austria Selected

WASHINGTON — President Reagan plans to nominate Ronald S. Lauder, a Pentagon official who was formerly an executive of the Estee Lauder cosmetics company, as ambassador to Austria, the White House announced Friday. Lauder would succeed Helene A. von Damm in the Vienna post.
