Procedures used by the Attorney General’s Commission on Pornography have been so biased and irresponsible that its final report should not be taken seriously, the American Civil Liberties Union said. The ACLU issued a 30-page report examining the work of the 11-member commission, appointed last May by Atty. Gen. Edwin Meese III. The commission is scheduled to meet this week in Scottsdale, Ariz., to make decisions and recommendations for its final report, to be released in June.
