Peter Craig, formerly vice president of international sales for Printronix Inc., has been named president of Promod Inc., a Laguna Hills software producer. Craig’s appointment comes after an eight-month period in which Promod tested U.S. marketability of its products, which are used as design tools in creating complex software systems. Craig, who handles the company’s day-to-day operations, reports to Richard Kontrimas, Promod’s founder and general manager. Promod is a joint venture of the GEI Group, a systems and software developer in Aachen, Germany, and Bridge Associates Inc., a Laguna Hills international marketing firm.
