General Automation Inc., a financially troubled Anaheim computer manufacturer, has received a $200,000 order from the Republic of Singapore’s Registry of Companies and Businesses for a large Zebra 6700 computer system. The system will allow more than 180,000 Singapore corporations and businesses to file documents, such as earnings reports and shareholder communications, directly with the government registry through remote terminals.
