Tandon promoted Ranjit Sitlani from vice president of planning to executive vice president, a new position within the company. Sitlani joined the Chatsworth-based computer products company in 1982 as an aide to Sirjang Lal (Jugi) Tandon, the company’s founder and chairman, and was promoted in 1984 to vice president of planning. Before joining Tandon, Sitlani was an executive with IBM, where he worked 19 years.
