David E. Reilly, 50, joined Quadratron Systems, a Sherman Oaks-based software company, as vice president of operations. Reilly had been a vice president of engineering and customer service with Cardkey Systems in Chatsworth.

Quadratron also named Steven V. Weeks, 32, manager of systems integration and quality control. Weeks came from DataSystems Software in Los Angeles, where he was vice president for research and development. Reilly and Weeks were named to newly created positions.
