Paul Haseman of Laguna Niguel replaces Jack Stricker, who has retired, as legal counsel for Hughes Aircraft Co.’s Ground Systems Group in Fullerton. Haseman, 40, has served as an assistant group counsel with the 16,000-employee organization since 1983. Previously, Haseman was an attorney for the office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense.
