Culver City : City Land Sold for Housing

The City Council has approved the sale of city-owned property at 4031-4035 Jackson Ave. to Gangi Builders Inc. for development of housing for moderate-income families. The developer, who will pay $120,967 for the 13,500-square-foot site, has plans for a nine-unit apartment building. The two-bedroom units will rent for $735 a month.
