The Food and Drug Administration began testing an Extra-Strength Tylenol capsule found beneath the deathbed of a Jehovah’s Witness preacher killed by a massive dose of cyanide. The capsule has a “smell that is typical of cyanide,” FDA spokesman Bill Grigg said in Washington, “a smell noted earlier by local authorities in Nashville, Tenn. Chemical analyses of the . . . capsule are not complete but are under way” at the FDA laboratory in Cincinnati, Grigg said.
