A mistrial was declared as a jury reported it could not reach a verdict in a $75-million civil suit stemming from a World Airways crash at the Boston airport in 1982 that left two passengers missing and presumed dead and injured dozens of others. A juror who asked not to be identified said one member of the panel was unwilling to agree on a verdict with the other eight. “It should never have happened,” she said. “It’s all because of one person.”
