Luxury Development Started in Mountains

A September completion is expected at Club View Estates, a $12-million, 16-unit residential development by Custom Space Builders, Beverly Hills, overlooking the MountainGate Country Club in the Santa Monica Mountains.

The project includes three clusters of four condominiums and four large single-family houses. The condominiums will be priced from $500,000 to $750,000 and the houses will be priced from $750,000 to $900,000. The development is 50% sold, according to listing agent Beverly Realty Enterprises, Beverly Hills.
