Sunnymead Ranch Housing Planned
Kaufman & Broad of Southern California has planned a new residential project in Sunnymead Ranch, Moreno Valley, to be known as California Summit. The overall ranch community is a development of Markborough California Inc.
California Summit will offer 202 single-family detached homes with three floor plans in the mid-$80,000 range, with three to four bedrooms.
