Custom-Styled Homes Project Opens Today

Interamerican Builders Corp. will hold a grand opening today for Orange Park Highlands, an enclave of 21 custom-styled, single-family homes on sites averaging one-third of an acre in Orange.

Located on the hills above Villa Park and Orange Park Acres, the 10.8-acre neighborhood offers a full array of Mediterranean, French Country and Tudor architectural themes. The project has three floor designs, sized from 1,915 to 2,574 square feet of interior living space, with three to five bedrooms and up to three full baths.

Features include vaulted ceilings, skylights, decorative plant shelves, solarium windows in the kitchen area. Each master suite has an alcove, plus a bathing/dressing area with oversized walk-in closet.

Scheduled for occupancy in May, 12 of the homes have been purchased prior to completion of the models. Prices for the available homes range from $179,900 to $229,900 plus a homeowners’ monthly fee of $27.37 for maintenance of open space and slope areas.

A sales office is located at 1051 Montecito Place; models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
