Cultural Accord Signed

MANILA —
The 10-day-old administration of President Corazon Aquino signed a cultural exchange accord with China on Friday, its first official agreement with a foreign government. The one-year agreement covering the exchange of scholars, artists and musicians was signed at the Foreign Ministry by Vice President and Foreign Minister Salvador Laurel and China’s Culture Minister Zhu Muzhi.
