Disaster Areas Added

SAN FRANCISCO —
President Reagan declared five more counties disaster areas Friday, a result of the heavy rains and floods that hit Northern California last month.
With the addition of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Fresno and Madera counties, 33 counties are eligible for federal cash grants, low-interest loans and other programs.
