Countywide : Daniel T. Brice Elected to Presiding Judge Post

Judge Daniel T. Brice has been elected presiding judge of the North Orange County Municipal Court for 1986.
Brice, a Santa Ana resident, will fill the vacancy left by Judge William F. McDonald, who was appointed to a judge’s position in Orange County Superior Court last January.
Brice had served as assistant presiding judge before McDonald’s recent appointment.
Brice wqs deputy district attorney in Orange County from 1973 to 1982, when he was appointed to the North Court bench by Gov. Edmund G. Brown Jr.
Elected to replace Brice as assistant presiding judge was Judge Robert Byron Hutson of Fullerton. Hutson was appointed to a North Court judge’s position in 1982.
