El Monte : School Projects Get Funds
A dozen educational projects designed by El Monte Union High School District teachers have been funded by the state Department of Education.
The department’s Classroom Teacher Instruction Improvement Program has allocated $28,215 to finance instructional projects in math, writing, biology, nutrition and industrial safety. The money will be administered by the district’s grant committee.
