Tarzana Condo Project Opens With 24 Units

Larger than usual two- and three-bedroom condominiums are featured at the 50-unit Tarzana Falls development by Kenneth A. Parker and Elliott Taft, opening today in Tarzana.

The 24 units in the first phase range in size from 2,080 to 2,529 square feet in five plans, priced from $184,995 to $229,995. Move-ins are scheduled to begin next month and the monthly homeowners association fee is about $158.

Standard features include step-down ceramic tile or wood parquet entries, oak wet bars and sloped ceilings, with some plans offering built-in wine racks, open mezzanines, French patio doors and sitting areas adjacent to the master bedroom.

Recreational features include a lighted tennis court, a swimming pool, a spa and a recreation room with kitchen. Five furnished models are open noon to 5 p.m. daily and by appointment Thursday and Friday at 18730 Hatteras St., reached from the northbound Reseda Boulevard exit of the Ventura (101) Freeway.
