Tract Opens With 40 Homes

The latest edition of Kaufman & Broad’s California series, California Springs, opens today in Moreno Valley with an initial phase of 40 three- and four-bedroom single-family houses.

The 138-unit development features four one- and two-story floor plans with 949 to 1,517 square feet of living area, priced from $65,990 to $83,990. Move-ins are scheduled to begin in the spring.

Features include vaulted ceilings, bay and greenhouse windows, wood-burning fireplaces, air conditioning, luminous lighting, attached two-car garages and front-yard landscaping.

Financing options include state bond financing with 9.25%, 30-year fixed-rate mortgages, FHA, VA and conventional financing.

Four furnished models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon to 6 p.m. Monday at 15785 Patricia St., reached from the southbound Perris Boulevard exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
