Gibraltar Plans Project in Vista

Gibraltar Community Builders in Santa Monica has announced plans for a 592-lot master-planned residential development in Vista, in joint venture with Patick Development.

“The lots are zoned for single-family residences and each has a view of the ocean, the city of Vista or the Shadowridge Country Club Golf Course,” according to Corey Patick, chief executive officer of Gibraltar Community Builders.

The two firms plan to sell lots in bulk to building companies which will then develop residential communities as part of the master plan for Shadowridge Heights.
