Aloha Inc. said it has received an unsolicited offer.

Aloha Airlines’ parent company received the unsolicited takeover offer from CNS Partners, a Texas general partnership, which controls 15.9% of Aloha common stock. The proposal calls for a cash merger for all outstanding shares of capital stock of Aloha. The proposal states a number of conditions, including the arranging of financing, but indicated a price of $27.50 per share.
