2 Named to Datametrics Board in Financing Deal

Chatsworth-based Datametrics, a leading producer of computer printers for the military, announced completion of an agreement for two venture capital firms to invest $2.75 million in the company. As part of the deal, two representatives of the investment firms--John Blackburn of Investments Orange Nassau and Bill Bottoms of Alan Patricof Associates--joined Datametrics’ board. They replaced Charles Sanders and Keet Johnson, who stepped down.
