Paralyzed Veterans Given Pension by Pennsylvania

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Gov. Dick Thornburgh signed Wednesday a measure that provides a $100 monthly state pension for at least 852 paralyzed war veterans. Pennsylvania veterans who lost the use of two or more extremities while in combat are eligible.
