Luxury Condos Being Developed in Beverly Hills

Construction is in progress on V. I. P. Reeves, an 18-unit luxury condominium building at 229 S. Reeves Drive in Beverly Hills.

The $2.5-million structure was designed by Matlin & Dvoretzky Architects of Santa Monica for International V. I.P. Investment Inc. of Carson. Units will range in size from 1,662 to 2,382 square feet and will be priced from $350,000 to $500,000.
