Pardee Starts Condo Building

Work has begun on Pardee Construction Co.’s first condominium project in Palmdale, the 200-unit Monte Vista, where prices start at $47,990.
Pardee, a Weyerhaeuser company, already has built and sold more than 400 single-family homes in Palmdale at its Joshua Hills Homes, Classic Homes and Crest Homes.
Monte Vista’s one-bedroom, one-bath floor plan is 568 square feet, and its two-bedroom, two-bath plan is 904 square feet.
