Cove Industrial Park Under Way

Cove Development, in conjunction with Occidental Development Fund III , has begun construction on the East Industry Industrial Park in the City of Industry. The park is located on Currier Road and Reyes Drive, just off Brea Canyon Road, adjacent to the intersection change of the Pomona (60) and Orange (57) freeways.

The $10-million, three-building, 259,000-square-foot project will offer free-standing facilities for manufacturing or warehousing in various sizes for lease or sale. John Kuhl & Co. is the leasing and sales agent.
