Exxon Corp., New York, named Richard G. Reid president of its newly created oil and gas operation. He previously was president of Esso Europe Inc. Terry A. Kirkley, president of Esso Eastern Inc., has been named president of Exxon’s new coal and minerals operation. The new units have not yet been officially named.
