ON THE TOWN: There’s always plenty of thrills onstage at the Anti-Club. But now there’s some excitement behind the scenes, too, thanks to a dispute that has led to the departure of the club’s adventuresome booking team. The bookers, who include Russell Jessum, Jack Marquette and Terry Dorn, say they are being “evicted” by club owner Helen Guttman. “We’re going our own way,” said Dorn, who added that it’s “still in question” who will keep the club’s name. “We’ll be doing some special events until we can find a more permanent place to roost and put on shows.” Guttman will also continue to book shows at the present club location. . . . And if you’re looking to finish off April Fool’s Night on a pop note, stop by the Club Lingerie, which will host a performance by Dainty Adore O’Hara, the boy-wonder chanteuse, who’ll show off some new gowns and perform selections from Wagner’s “Tannhaeuser,” Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” and (if he can find a mustache) Rossini’s “The Barber of Seville.”
